I RETAIN PARTIAL COPY-RIGHTS TO ALL ART AND DESIGNS MADE BY ME AS A FORM OF PROTECTION TO MYSELF.ALL DESIGNS AND ART COME WITH COMMERCIAL USAGE RIGHTS.1.You may not give any of my designs to people on my blacklist : https://toyhou.se/~literature/144517.blacklist2. I MAY ask for a design WITH compensation if it has been used for: hate speech, depictions of illegal things (inc3st, p3dophilia, stuff like that). (I will NOT straight up revoke them)3.You may not sell designs I make for more than you paid UNLESS extra art is added, you may trade and gift them though.4.The following things will result in you being blacklisted:4a. Selling a design with no extra art for more than it was bought for.4b. Giving a design I made that you have gotten NSFW art of to a minor, without removing said art.4c. Giving a design I made to anyone on my blacklist.4d. If you charge back after a commission is finished and delivered, you will be PERMANENTLY blacklisted.4e. If you feed my art into AI5.I reserve the right to blacklist anyone, especially if it is for my own comfort and well being.6. REDESIGNING:6a.You can redesign the character freely (including gender/species/color changes/etc).6b.
